• The above rate is subject to 21% tax and service charge
  
• Price and benefits are for 2 (two) persons only
  
• Reservation is subject to availability and confirmation basis
  
• Credit card detail is required to secure the villa upon booking
  
• 50 % deposit is required by 21 days in low season and 30 days in high /peak seasons
  
• 50 % of total payment is charged for cancellation occurred after cut of date, and full charge is billed for cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to arrival
  
• High season Surcharge at USD 50 ++ per night for one bedroom villa, 01 January - 31 August
  
• Peak season surcharge at USD 90 ++ per night is applied from December 21 - 10 January
  
• Package inclusions are not redeemable in cash
