• The above rate is subject to 21% tax and service charge
  
• Price and benefits are for two persons only in one bedroom villa
  
• Extension night at normal rates
  
• Additional person will be charged at USD 315 ++
  
• Reservation is subject to availability and confirmation basis
  
• Cut off date is 21 days in low seasons, 30 days in high season and 45 days in Peak season
  
• Credit card detail is required to secure the villa upon booking
  
• 50% deposit is required by 21 days in low season and 30 days in high season and 45 days in peak season
  
• 50% of total payment is charged for cancellation occurred after cut of date, and full charge is billed for cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to arrival
  
• High season surcharge at US$ 50.00 per night is applied during high season from 01 July - 31 August 2011
  
• Peak season surcharge at US$ 70 per night is applied during peak season from December 21, 2011 - 10 January 2012
  
• Package inclusions are not redeemable in cash and non transferable
